Rumours regarding the OTT release of ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ have been put to rest by the film’s makers. They have confirmed that the highly anticipated Allu Arjun starrer will not debut on streaming platforms before completing 56 days in theatres.
The producers addressed the speculation on their official X handle (formerly Twitter), stating:
“There are rumours floating around about the OTT release of #Pushpa2TheRule. Enjoy the Biggest Film #Pushpa2 only on the Big Screens this Holiday Season. It won’t be on any OTT before 56 days! It’s #WildFirePushpa only in Theatres Worldwide.”

Earlier, there were rumours about the movie getting an OTT release in February next year, and some speculated that it would premiere on OTT on January 9. However, the makers have now given a clear answer to these rumours, responding promptly.
The Hindi version of ‘Pushpa 2’ has shattered records by amassing Rs 632.5 crore, surpassing the collections of the recent hit movie Stree 2. Globally, the film has crossed the Rs 1,500 crore milestone, solidifying its status as one of the fastest films to achieve this feat.
